Our El Salvadorian coffee hails from the renowned Las Isabellas farm, a blend of Pacamara and Bourbon beans. Located on the southern face of "Cerron Grande" in Apaneca, in the western region of El Salvador, this farm sits at an altitude of 1,200 to 1,450 meters and proudly participates in the Blue Harvest project.

Spanning 175 acres, Las Isabellas is a haven of natural beauty, featuring pristine forests, natural springs, and cascading waterfalls. As a certified Rainforest Alliance farm, it reflects a deep commitment to sustainability. The farm is managed by its passionate owner, Jose Roberto Santamaria, who oversees both the farm and the mill with dedication.
